I suck at art. I can’t draw for shit. But I got cool ass friends that can draw really well. Sometimes I pay them for cool shit and I’ll post it here with a blurb about what it’s from. Otherwise I might just post things I think they did that are cool (with permission of course).

Maladict

In various places around the website you might see this smiling face. Her name is Maladict. She’s kinda my OC? As in a DND character I feel in love with. I made her for a sick Western campaign my friend David ran that lasted way too short.

These emojis were made by a Russian friend of mine named Arthur I met while living in Armenia. I think they’re just the cutest thing and use them all over the place.

This ink(?) drawing was also done by Arthur in a notebook I was keeping at the time. The notebook includes a diary of Maladict’s backstory as well as spell slots and formulas and musings on the convoluted latin/alchemy inspired magic system David created. I particularly love the attention to detail on Maladict’s clothes here. She was recently turned as a vampire and inspired by fairy tails went full force into the aesthetic.

Here’s another version of Maladict commissioned from a different Russian friend of mine named Sasha. She did an amazing job capturing the tools of the trade of Maladict especially her clockwork umbrella. I include her pre colored image for the gorgeous details on her eye mask and stiletto claws.

LegsRotting

The following works are completed by one of my best friends LegsRotting.

This image was meant as a profile pic for me based off an iconic Contrapoints image. The image includes references to my favorite albums, Magic the Gathering (duh), and lemoncello La Croix (I’m obsessed).

This photo goes so hard. I think it’s based on something but I don’t know aside from the SLUT T-shirt which is a reference to my favorite Video Game of all time Va-11 Hall-a. Also Monster sucks. Redbull is where’s its at.

This was a birthday gift for me based off of “Keep your hands of Eizouken”. Sayaka Kanamori was my favorite character from the show for her no nonsense personality and focus on keeping the club afloat. We watched the show together because I thought he would like the art style and I think it translates well into his personal style.

Hivitka / Madam Dark / Kiliham

Each of these characters were made for my DND universe. Hivitka served as a great villain who believed in Bee Supremacy. She came from another universe far in the future and worked as the minister of affairs for a authoritarian government. Her sworn rival was Madam Dark a post police captain leading the resistance who was transported with Hivitka in an event known as the “Millennium Audit”. Finally Kiliham was a character I never got to play based on the fear of what lurks in the dark.
